This is a low‑commitment first step so we can learn a bit about your family and help you decide if Wayfinder Academy is a good fit for your K–12 hybrid homeschool journey.

How would you like to connect first?

Before moving forward with enrollment, each family connects with us through either an Informational Phone Call or an In-Person Informational Session.

This helps us make sure Wayfinder is the right fit for your family and that we have space available.

Step 2: Complete the Enrollment Application

Once you’ve connected with us, the next step is to complete the enrollment application so we can officially begin the placement process.

What this step includes:

Sharing important information about your student(s), educational background, and homeschool experience
Confirming that Wayfinder’s hybrid homeschool model, structure, and expectations are a good fit for your family
Letting us know your student’s projected grade level(s), learning needs, interests, and any questions you may have
Helping our team begin thoughtfully considering class placement, support needs, and program fit
Beginning the conversation about how we can best support your family’s educational journey

This form helps us get to know your family better and does not guarantee enrollment or placement in the program. Due to limited class sizes, some programs may fill quickly.

Enrollment window for the upcoming school year:

Opens: May 10
Closes: July 15

Applications submitted after July 15 will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.

Please Note: Parents remain the primary educators and are responsible for complying with Ohio homeschool notification requirements.

After completing the enrollment application, please wait for a follow-up email before moving on to any additional enrollment steps on the website. Once your application has been reviewed, we will send you the next steps in the process, including scheduling information, family meetings/assessments, program registration details, and any applicable fees or required forms.
